Holland Park

Diemen/Amsterdam (NL)

Holland Park is a large-scale residential development located in Diemen Zuid, in the proximity of Amsterdam.

Park Blocks 22 and 23 in this new developed project consist of 304 apartments with a large communal parking garage and commercial spaces.

The residential buildings will be located directly on the park side at the western edge of Holland Park. Upon completion, the residential units will be rented out in free sector. PME Group advised the buyer on the purchase of this project.

's-Hertogenbosch (NL)

In 1956 energy company PNEM 's (now merged into Essent) headquarters was built at the Willemsplein in 's-Hertogenbosch. The building designed by architect ir. C. H. de Bever is considered part of the Traditionalist School ("Delftse School").

The Kennedy Toren office building is part of the Kennedy Business Center and is located at the head of the Kennedylaan, right next to Eindhoven Central Station.

Zilveren Kruis

Leiden (NL)

The head office of Zilveren Kruis Achmea has been realized on the plot between tunnel and the railway. Because of the very limited space the building company faced major challenges during the constrcution. However, the triple use of space is unique in the Netherlands.

De Eekhoorn

Hoorn (NL)

De Eekhoorn Dutch Furniture's new distribution center has been realized on the Zevenhuis business park in Hoorn. In addition to distribution and storage, the building also houses an experience center of 2,500 m2. In this spacious showroom, the products of the brands WOOOD, VT Wonen and BePureHome can be found for De Eekhoorn customers.

It also houses an office and product development takes place in the building, which is 16,5 meters in height. The property meets the highest standards in energy efficiency and (fire) safety. PME Group advised the buyer on the purchase of this beautiful property.

Project Inalfa concerns a new custom-made head office with a production facility, which was developed for Inalfa Rood Systems in the period 2015 – 2016.

The building is situated at an excellent location in Venray, right next to the highway A73 on the industrial site ‘De Hulst’.

Syncreon

Waalwijk (NL)

The logistic complex is located at the Haven Zeven business park in Waalwijk, in the South of the Netherlands. As this high-quality trade park is situated along the A59 the accessibility by private transport is excellent. The complex has a total lettable floor area of approximately 51.209 sqm of commercial space, approx. 4.824 sqm of mezzanine floor and approx. 2.240 sqm of offices. It also provides for approx. 19.000 sqm of paved grounds with around 281 parking places. The logistic complex has been delivered in 2009.

Room Mate Bruno - Pakhuismeesteren

Rotterdam (NL)

On Rotterdam's Wilhelminakade, Pakhuismeesteren is the last historic building that has been redeveloped. The cattle building, which took over part of the Rotterdam tea trade from the Dutch East India Company ("V.O.C.") in 1818, has been transformed into a hotel, a supermarket and food court. The design by AWG Architects was nominated for the prestigous 'Gouden Feniks Awards' in 2018.

Hilton Amsterdam Schiphol South

Amsterdam Schiphol - Aalsmeer (NL)

PME Group was commissioned by Dutch City Development to find an operator for this newly developed hotel project. Hilton International appeared to be an excellent match and has double-branded the hotel with Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton.

The hotel is located at the Green Park Business Park, an area development of approx. 250,000 sqm, near Schiphol Airport Amsterdam.

Project MORE

Leiden (NL)

Project MORE is large-scale development including student housing, restaurants, retail and residential.

The first phase of this development at the entrance area of Leiden’s Bio Science Park consists of 703 student housing units as part of the Leiden University Campus.

The floor space of 14.562 sqm. offers students a high-quality living environment including communal spaces, (shared) kitchens, laundry rooms, meeting areas, game rooms and roof top facilities.

Einstein Campus

Maastricht (NL)

After completion, project Einstein Campus will provide housing for approximately 500 students in Maastricht. The building site is situated on the former PostNL location and in close proximity to the University of Maastricht. The construction for this project is ongoing and delivery is expected mid 2023. 

The campus will consist of 506 furnished independent student housing units, common areas and facilities, a bicycle basement and 52 parking places.
